I’ve purchased a parent pack prior to the release of Phase 4. Am I able to purchase a single set of Phase 4 stories to add to the pack?
Yes! Phase 4 booster packs are available for purchase upon request for $7. Please contact us via email or our contact form to purchase a booster set.
Where can I buy Phase 1?
The Pocket Rocket stories are based on the UK guide, Letters and Sounds. This guide is divided into phases. Phase 1 is purely oral, aiming to develop students’ language development and phonological and phonemic awareness - hearing and discerning the sounds of our spoken words in preparation for learning to read and spell. These are vital skills and necessary for success in learning to read and spell.
The guide contains lots of fun games and activities to help achieve this and can be downloaded here.
Are there plans to release more Phases?
We have just released Phase 4 featuring words with adjacent consonants e.g. stop, milk, plant, strip. Phase 5 (alternative spellings e.g.ee- key, treat, funny) is currently in production, followed by Phase 6 (past tense, suffixes, reading longer, more complex words and spelling strategies)
Is there a Pocket Rockets app available?
No, not at this time.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
We aim to ship orders within two business days of receiving them. You should receive an update via email when your order has been shipped.
Can my order be tracked?
Tracking is available for all orders. You will receive a link via email to track your order once it has been shipped.
I have not received my order. When can I expect it to arrive?
Most orders are sent via Australia Post. Please allow up to two weeks to receive your order. If it has not arrived in a reasonable amount of time, or you have not received an email confirming your order has been shipped, please contact us via email or our contact form and we will follow this up for you.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Our website does not currently support international orders. If you wish to order from outside Australia, please contact us for shipping quotes.
How do I pay via School Invoice?
Schools may pay for their order via bank transfer upon receiving their goods. A hard copy invoice will be sent with your order and must be paid within 31 days. If you wish to pay sooner, please contact us and we will send you a digital invoice. Please be sure to include your invoice number in the payment reference.
